This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by any governmental agency, including the DMV. The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
This app is designed to help users prepare for DMV exams. All materials are the property of dmvtest.app and its licensors. Copying, distributing, or selling content is prohibited. Users agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to the app is prohibited. Users must not use the app for illegal purposes, and the administration reserves the right to suspend access for violations. All app updates are subject to these terms.
The pass guarantee applies only to users with an active one-time premium purchase. Users must complete all required tests for the guarantee to be valid. Unlimited attempts are allowed during the purchase period. Refund requests must be submitted within 40 days of the premium payment, along with proof of payment and an official DMV failure report. We reserve the right to deny refunds if requests are deemed unsubstantiated.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activities. All commercial inquiries must be coordinated with us.
The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or exam failure. Use of the app is at your own risk. The developer's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the one-time premium purchase.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.
